Adobe Signed docs are now supported
We now support Adobe Signed documents.
And, as an added bonus, we now support password protected PDFs - but only if they're password protected for editing. PDFs that are password protected for viewing will continue to get the error "Password Protected".
View more than 1000 line items in a report
We now have new and improved reporting capabilities!
You can now have all the line item info, and any extracted data from your documents in one place. You'll need Account Admin user permissions to access it and the report can be found at Account Admin > Reports.

New Workflow action: Fail document
This Workflow will fail any documents that have a specific trigger.
This is useful if users would only like to extract data from their documents, or if you want to automatically fail items that shouldn't be posted.
This could be things like:
- invoices or statements with a figure of £0.00
- data that you need to extract from a PDF without posting the item
A processing charge of 5p applies only if using this Workflow.
Standard document fails are not chargeable.
Other improvements:
- Empty line in the address no longer breaks the file upload.
- Upload failed messages are now more accurate.
- Performance improvements so that the system copes with a higher number of daily submitted items.
- Tweaked invoice reports so Failed by Workflow items are now included.
- Improved international item logic so street names with countries in them will no longer be marked as international.
