Setting up PostboxPrint™
Sending mail from your desktop is easy. Depending on how much control you want over each letter, you can choose between our standard driver or Ghost Mode.
Download Postbox Print:
1. Postbox Print
Use this version if you want to review your settings (like colour or postage class) for every letter before it goes out.
Once installed on your computer, PostboxPrint™ appears alongside your usual printers. When you are ready to send a document, the process is straightforward:

Open your document in Word, Excel, or Acrobat and go to File > Print.
- Select PostboxPrint™ from your printer list and click Print

- A window will pop up. Here, you can pick your preferred Postbox or manually adjust the print settings:

- Click Send to post. Your letter is now on its way and will appear in your Post items.
2. PostboxPrint™ Ghost Mode
Ghost Mode is designed for speed. It bypasses the settings window and sends your document straight to your default Postbox using your pre-set preferences.
Set your default Postbox:
Before using Ghost Mode, you need to tell us which settings to use:
- Log in to the portal and go to the Send page.
- Click Edit on the Postbox you want the items sent to:

Tick the box labelled Make this my default Postbox.

Click Save.

Print your document

Open your document and go to File > Print.
- On the Printer dropdown menu, click on PostboxPrint™ (Ghost mode)

Click Print.

That is it. There are no extra clicks or pop-ups. Your document goes directly into the post and will show up in your Post items immediately.
