PostboxPrint™ (Ghost mode) Error message: 'Login Required'
This article will show you how to login to the PostboxPrint™ application.
If you are receiving the above error message when you try to send an item with PostboxPrint™ (Ghost mode), it is because you have not logged in to the PostboxPrint™ application.
Login to PostboxPrint™
- Open your letter in Microsoft Word.
- Go to File > Print > Printer > select 'PostboxPrint™'.
- Press 'Print'.
- Enter user login details for PostboxPrint™ application.
If you do not receive the above login window, the 'Login required' message could be related to something else.
