How to Post a Letter Using PostboxPrint™ (Ghost Mode)

Ideal for sending lots of mail quickly - no preview windows or interruptions.

Why Use Ghost Mode?

When you’re posting a high volume of letters, the preview window can become repetitive since it appears for every single file sent. Ghost mode removes that step by automatically sending your letters straight through your default Postbox settings. This makes it faster and more efficient when you’re processing lots of mail at once.

1. Set your 'Default Postbox'

Ghost mode uses your designated default Postbox to process letters automatically. To set one:

  1. Go to Send → My Postboxes.

  2. Select the Postbox you want, click Edit, then tick Make this my default Postbox.

  3. Click Save.

2. Use PostboxPrint™ (Ghost Mode) to Post Your Letter

  1. Open your document within your system.

  2. Go to Print, and select PostboxPrint™ (Ghost mode) as your printer.

  3. Select Print, and your letter is submitted immediately - no preview displayed.

You can review submitted items afterwards by going to Post Tray in the Portal.
