How to manage your payment methods
Manage payment methods in PostboxCloud. Add a new credit card, delete existing cards used for manual or auto top-ups, and finalize changes through the Payment section.
Please note that you must be either an Account Administrator or Super User in order to be able to auto top up.
1. Login to PostboxCloud.
2. Under Account Admin, select Payment.
From here you can save a new card, or delete any existing cards that are used in your manual/auto top ups.
3. To save a new card, Click on Add New:
4. A window will appear where you have to fill in your credit card details. Click on Add.
To delete an existing card:
1. Click on the selected card.
2. This will open up the Edit window. Click on Delete.
3. A pop-up window will appear. If everything is good, click on Confirm.
Your card has now been removed.
