How to download copies of your letters on Postworks portal

You can view and download your items with ease. Just locate the desired item and click on the icon within the view column.

The item preview will open up. Here you can click to enlarge the item for a full screen view or download a copy.

You can also download multiple items all at once.

• Select the desired items by checking the boxes next to the URN.
• On the right of the page, click on the ellipses(⋮) to bring down additional options.
• Click on download items. This will download all copies of the selected items.
