How to download copies of your letters on the Postworks Portal

View and download your letters from the Postworks Portal. Preview and download individual items, as well as select and download multiple items at once.

1. From My Post  - click on Post Items on the drop down menu:

2. Locate the desired item and click on the green icon under the View column:

3. Item preview will open up.

Here you can click to enlarge the item for a full screen view or download a copy:

You can also download multiple items all at once.

• Select the desired items by checking the boxes next to the URN.
• On the right of the page, click on the three dots (⋮) to bring down additional options.
• Click on Download items. This will download all copies of the selected items.
