My item is stuck in processing. How do I cancel it?

If your item is stuck processing or on the loading screen, you can you can still recall it in a few clicks from your Submissions page, here's how:

1. Go to My post > Submissions.

2. Click on the item under Status.

    

   
   
   

3. Select the three dots (⋮) on the right-hand side.

4. Click Recall ALL items.

   
   
   

After this is done, the item will move to status Failed.
