      How to add credit to your Account on Postworks Portal

      Adding credit to your Account is necessary for future payments.

       

      Please note that you must be either an Account Administrator or Super User in order to be able to auto top up.


      1. Go to Top up under Account Admin on the left hand side menu:

      2. Choose one of our pre-set amounts or type your own custom amount.

      3. Select your payment card from the drop-down.

      4. Click on top-up.

      5. Cancel or Accept the Top Up. Accept if everything is good and you’re all set!

      Postworks uses secure payment gateway Stripe and does not store your card details.
