Please note that this functionality is based on plan permissions, so make sure to check availability with your Support team representative. 1. [Contact one of our Support team](mailto:support@postworks.co.uk) representatives to enable the "SSO Enterprise" functionality for your organisation. 2. After SSO Enterprise has been enabled, navigate to the Organisation page in the portal, where you will see a toggle that disables password and username logins:![](https://support.postworks.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-02-2025-10-35-39-1896-AM.png?width=688&height=126&name=image-png-Jun-02-2025-10-35-39-1896-AM.png) 1. If this toggle is switched **on**, all users from the organisation will not be able to use their regular Postworks password to log in or request changing their password to bypass this. They must use the SSO option. 2. If the toggle is switched back **off**, any newly-created users without passwords can create one by clicking "Forgot password" on the sign up page or "Change password" in the portal.   When you enable Enterprise SSO and add a new user to the account, they'll automatically receive an email inviting them to sign in with their SSO credentials for the first time. ### **Need help?** If you have any questions or need assistance setting up or managing SSO for your organisation, our Customer Support team is here to help.
