SSO (Single Sign on)

SSO functionalities allow users to use their already existing company Microsoft account to log in to the Postworks platform.

In order to log in via SSO, click on the "Microsoft" button on the log in page:

How to enable log in restrictions?

Account admins can restrict the login options for their users and force them to log in via SSO only. Please note that this functionality is based on plan permissions, so make sure to check availability with your Support team representative.

  1. Contact one of our Support team representatives to enable the "SSO Enterprise" functionality for your organisation.
  2. After SSO Enterprise has been enabled, navigate to the Organisation page in the portal, where you will see a toggle that disables password and username logins:
    1. If this toggle is switched on, all users from the organisation will not be able to use their regular Postworks password to log in or request changing their password to bypass this. They must use the SSO option.
    2. If the toggle is switched back off, any newly-created users without passwords can create one by clicking "Forgot password" on the sign up page or "Change password" in the portal.
