When will my letters be posted?

Information on cut-off times, Fastrack and how we schedule your letters for posting

Every Postworks Account has a daily cut-off time depending on their plan. This is the latest time you can upload your file for it to be printed and posted the same day (Monday to Friday only).

Cut-off times for each plan:
  • Starter: 12:00 pm
  • Professional: 1:00 pm
  • Enterprise: 2:00 pm

Custom: Set individually for your account. If you’re not sure what yours is, check with your Account admin or contact our support team and we’ll confirm it for you.

If your file is uploaded before your plan’s cut-off, it’ll be posted the same working day. Files uploaded after the cut-off will be posted on the next working day.

Need it posted today but missed your cut-off?
You can use Fastrack™ to still get your letter posted the same day (weekdays only), as long as you upload it before 4:00 pm. After 4:00 pm, all letters are handed over to Royal Mail and no further posting is possible until the next working day (Monday to Friday).

Files submitted to Postworks are digitally sorted and batched in real-time, which means all items are printed, inserted, and handed over to Royal Mail within 24 hours of being uploaded (weekdays only).
