Post Tray wait time
The Post Tray wait time is 30 minutes.
When you upload your letters, they will first show in your Post Tray and remain here for a default of 30 minutes. During this time, you will be able to review and recall any of your letters, if there is a mistake.
After this 30 minute window, your letters will move to the Post Room, ready to be posted out.
Please note: letters can only be recalled when in the Post Tray.
My cut-off time is within 30 minutes!
Keep calm :) Your letters will still stay in the Post Tray for 30 minutes, even if you have reached your cut-off time.
For example, if you upload letters at 11:45am they will move to the Postroom at 12:15pm, giving you 30 minutes to recall any of your letters.
