How to activate Priority Postage for my team and start using it?
Only Account Admins can activate Priority Postage for other users.
What is Priority Postage?
Priority Postage gives you a faster delivery option, without the price tag of 1st Class postage:
- Delivery time: Within 2 working days (Mon–Sat)
- Cost: £1.66 ex. VAT

Since 1st September 2025, Priority Postage has now been automatically switched on for all accounts - but only for Account Admins.
Here’s how to enable it for other users:
1. On the Portal - Go to Account Admin > Users

2. Click the user you want to update
3. In ‘User permissions’, toggle on Priority
4. Click Save
