How to send a letter with PostboxCloud™

This support article will show you how to send a letter using PostboxCloud™, our browser based platform.

• An internet connection (and Google Chrome)
• Your letter in PDF format with the address in the correct area

To get started go to the page on PostworksHUB.

Upload a letter

• Click the icon of the Postbox you want to use.

• Windows File Explorer will open. Choose the PDF that you want to upload and click Open.

Your PDF will begin uploading.
NOTE: DO not refresh the page or navigate away from the page.

If the preview is enabled - Check the letter is as you expected and the address is visible in the green box. 

 

If Yes click "Looks great"
If No click "Fail this item"

You can now preview the item in the Post Tray by going to the left hand menu bar and clicking My Post > Post Tray.
