      How to read replies sent back by a Digital Reply Envelope (DRE)

      Once DRE items are sent back by the recipient, access to Postworks Receive will be given.

      1. Go to Postworks Receive

      2. Click View



      Here you can:
      • download as a PDF
      • request the original item
      • make notes
      • enter references
      • add descriptions
      • view which users have visibility of the item
      • view item details
      • share the item with one of your team
