How to recall your post on Postworks Portal

Important: You have a strict 30-minute window to recall any upload from the Post Tray. After 30 minutes—or as soon as an item moves into the Post Room—recall is permanently disabled. Please ensure you act within this timeframe if you need to prevent an item from being posted.

1. Click on Send on the Menu of the left and select Post Tray

2. Check the box next to the URN (Unique Reference Number) of the items you want to recall

3. On the right-hand side, click on the three vertical dots (⋮)

4. Click on the "Recall selected items" button.

5. A pop-up window will appear asking if you’re sure you want to recall the items. Select Yes.

Items that have been recalled will be moved to Failed.

You can only recall 1000 items at a time.
