This support article will show you how to send a letter using Posworks portal, our browser-based platform.
You will need two things:
- An internet connection (and Google Chrome)
- Your letter in PDF format with the address in the correct area
Uploading a letter
- Drag and drop your PDF or click Browse files of the Postbox you want to use.
- Windows File Explorer will open. Choose the PDF that you want to upload and click Open.
- Your PDF will begin uploading.
- If it is good click on “LOOKS GOOD”. If not, click on “CANCEL”
Please refrain from refreshing the page while the upload is in progress.
For larger uploads you can hide the upload status by clicking on ‘Hide’. The status of the upload will still be visible and clicking on details will open up the upload status.
Click Post Tray to view your items
To view your item, click the green page icon.
Important:
You have 30 minutes to review and, if necessary, recall your items after submission.
After this window, your items are automatically moved to the Post Room, and cannot be recalled.
Please double-check everything before the 30-minute period ends.
