Sharing a file with Support
Without your permission, the Postworks Support team cannot view items that are in the Postroom.
If you're having problems with your item(s), you can share it with Postworks Support for help resolving your issue.
1. Select the item by checking the box on the left hand side.
NOTE: If the file you want to share with us was originally a mailmerged file please only share *one* of the files with support.
2. Click the 'Share with Support' button
This will provide visibility to the Postworks Support Team for 75 minutes.
