Using PostboxPrint™ with McAfee Endpoint
How to access PostboxPrint™ application when using McAfee Endpoint Anti-virus
If you are:
a) using McAfee Endpoint anti-virus and;
b) receiving an error message when you try to upload a letter via PostboxPrint™ application:
Then please see the below instructions on how to access the PostboxPrint™ application in order to send your post:
1. Open the McAfee control panel
2. Go to Threat Prevention
2. Go to Threat Prevention

3. Within Threat Prevention, select Advanced Settings
4. Go to Options
5. Scroll down to the second table of information on the page (this should show a set of rules that can be ticked and un-ticked)
6. Un-tick the rule that says Suspicious double file extension
7. Apply settings
8. Try uploading another letter via PostboxPrint™
