Why has my credit reduced by more than the price of the item?

All prices displayed in the My Post tables are excluding VAT. 

When your item leaves the Post Tray the cost of the item + VAT is deducted from your remaining balance. 

For example, if your item cost £1, you would see £1.20 deducted from your balance.
