How to activate Priority Postage for my team and start using it?

Only Account Admins can activate Priority Postage for other users.

What is Priority Postage?

Priority Postage gives you a faster delivery option, without the price tag of 1st Class postage:

  • Delivery time: Within 2 working days (Mon–Sat)
  • Cost: £1.66 ex. VAT

Since 1st September 2025, Priority Postage has now been automatically switched on for all accounts - but only for Account Admins.

 

Here’s how to enable it for other users:

1. On the Portal - Go to Account Admin > Users



2. Click the user you want to update

3. In ‘User permissions’, toggle on Priority

4. Click Save

 

How to start using Priority Postage

1. Set up a Postbox or a Teambox (or edit an existing one)

2. When creating or editing the Postbox/Teambox, simply select Priority under the Posted section

3. Click Save
