How to send a letter with attachments with Postworks portal

This article will outline how to go about adding attachments to the letters you are posting using Postworks portal.

For adding attachments using PostboxPrint, please click here.

IMPORTANT:
Attachments must be A4 sized and saved as a PDF

You can attach a maximum of 30 attachments at one time

Note: When uploading attachments with an odd number of pages, a blank page will be inserted. This ensures that attached documents are presented in the way they are designed to be presented and also allows them to start on a fresh page.

  1. Check your Postbox has the 'add attachments' feature switched on

Click the 3 dots to bring up settings on your Postbox of choice to bring up the Edit option

  • Click on Edit. This will open up the Postbox Edit screen

  • Tick the box Display Add attachments on upload
  • Click Save.

The Postbox will now allow you to add attachments.
